Project Abstract

A comprehensive study will be conducted using various methods to assess the digital skill levels of women participating in rural women’s cooperatives. The research will utilize methods such as content analysis, focus group discussions, ethnographic observations, and interviews. The data collected will be holistically analyzed to provide an in-depth understanding.

Based on the research findings, a blended digital media literacy training program—comprising both face-to-face and asynchronous components—will be developed to address the specific needs of cooperative members in rural areas. The program will cover topics such as basic computer skills, internet navigation, and social media management. It will be designed to empower women to stay informed about technological advancements, conduct digital sales and marketing activities, and meet other relevant needs effectively.

The training program will be implemented for women members of rural cooperatives, with participant progress being regularly monitored and evaluated. Furthermore, the program’s effectiveness will be continuously assessed, and adjustments will be made as necessary to enhance outcomes.

This project represents a critical step toward improving the digital literacy levels of rural women in cooperatives, enabling them to manage their cooperatives more effectively and efficiently. In the long term, the initiative aims to contribute to rural development and the creation of new opportunities for advancing local communities.
