In recent years, due to the increasing attention to gender-related issues in organizational studies, the female body in the workplace has garnered growing focus, highlighting the need for a holistic approach. Thus, this study aims to explore the female body in workplace environments through a systematic literature review (SLR) using bibliometric analysis. Based on the SPAR-4-SLR protocol, 60 articles were analyzed. The study seeks to provide a detailed profile of female body studies, to assess the performance of scientific production in this field, to identify leading and collaboration networks in research areas, country, institution and journal analyses, and to reveal the conceptual structure of the research area by revealing the relationships between keywords related to the subject. The study contributes to refining the understanding and consensus on the female body in the workplace, offering new research directions and managerial insights.
