2nd International Conference on Risk Analysis and Crisis Response, Beijing, China, 19 - 21 October 2009, pp.205-210
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems are information systems that ensure an effective and efficient production management by providing data flow to each department, by handling all process and by planning them. ERP represents a major investment but the failure rates of these projects are very high. Main risk factors are determined and considered in our study. Having "evaluation of the failure risk of a SAP/R3 implementation project" as the main objective, possible inter and inner relationships / dependencies between the main factors are considered and an Analytic Network Process approach is used for the model.
