Özet

This research aims to bridge the gap in current knowledge by developing a novel distance-based Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) model specifically applied for weighting criteria of evaluating micromobility vehicles. The proposed model addresses limitations in existing methods by incorporating spatial factors. It achieves this by adaptively weighting evaluation criteria based on distance considerations, ensuring a more nuanced assessment. Focusing on Istanbul's urban environment, the study explores a tailored set of criteria for micromobility modes in sustainable urban transportation. Furthermore, the research investigates the alignment of these criteria with the European Union's ambitious climate neutrality targets 2050. To demonstrate the model's effectiveness, the study concludes with a implementation example that evaluates various shared micromobility alternatives within the context of Istanbul using the proposed approach.
