Abstract

The media sector is a sector which encompasses the creation, modification, transfer and distribution of media content for the purpose of mass consumption; therefore it is a very active and, when managed properly, a very effective sector. In this paper the three management methods MbI, MbO, and MbV are evaluated and the most adequate management method for the media company A(dagger) is determined using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP). This study shows the power of FAHP in capturing experts' knowledge.
