Özet

In multiple attribute decision-making (MADM) problems, a decision maker (DM) is often faced with the problem of selecting or ranking alternatives associated conflicting attributes. In this paper, a MADM with fuzzy pairwise information is used to solve human resource flexibility problem. In many manufacturing systems human resources are the most expensive, but also the most flexible factors. Therefore, the optimal utilization of human resources is an important success factor contributing to long-term competitiveness.
