Özet

In today's world, a large number of hospitals are delivering medical services to people residing in metropolitan areas who may not spare sufficient time to meet their healthcare needs. Having a well designed hospital website can be beneficial in terms of reputation and recognition. This study presents an explanation of hospital website performance under different quality evaluation criteria for ranking of the websites. An important characteristic of the study is the interactions of decision criteria selected for the website evaluations. Intuitionistic fuzzy Choquet integral under group decision making approach is proposed to reflect this situation. This methodology is then used to measure the website performance of eight hospitals in Turkey.
