Özet

To recognize the growing importance of the collaboration in the supply chain, we present a fuzzy cognitive map (FCM) approach to model and analyze the complex and dynamic behavior of the supply chain collaboration (SCC) FCMs have been particularly useful for solving problems in which a number of decision variables and uncontrollable variables arc causally interrelated The findings are then intended to contribute to the better understanding of the key SCC success factors and their contributions to supply chain management performance
