Özet

This work introduces a multi-criteria decision approach, named as fuzzy cognitive map (FCM), which represents experts' knowledge and human experience. In this study, FCM is apt to assess performance indicators of agile project management in banking sector by introducing concepts to define criteria and revealing causality links among the concepts for modeling a system's behavior. The resulting values of performance indicators are determined by applying the iterative formulation of FCM.
