Özet

This study proposes a multi-criteria decision approach, called as Rule-Based Fuzzy Cognitive Map (RBFCM), which represents experts' knowledge and human experience, and aims to evaluate performance indicators of outsourcing process by introducing concepts to define criteria and causality links among the concepts for modeling a system's behavior. The contribution of the study will be the fact that any other scholar has not been applied the Fuzzy Cognitive Map (FCM) methodology to the outsourcing performance assessment.
