Abstract:

One of the major determinants of country risk is political risks. The aim of this thesis, covering 16 years between 2002-2017 and 79 countries in FTSE index, It tries to examine positive-negative or significant- insignificant relations between to Governance-based Political Risk's and Foreign Direct Investment and Foreign Portfolio Capital Investments by grouping countries according to the developments status of their capital markets.
