Bilge Öztürk Göktuna pursued her doctoral studies at the Laboratoire d’Econometrie of Ecole Polytechnique after doing a BA and MA in Economics at Bogazici University. She works on topics such as the analysis of electoral competition, pensions, network formation, preference formation and organic agriculture.
